Purpose

The User Experience Designer supports the Digital Team in developing and executing the UX strategy and vision for Armstrong Collective’s digital and ecommerce experiences, working to create exceptional experience for our guests and partners across all digital touchpoints. This role will work collaboratively with the digital team, product, and developers/engineers to identify and prioritize opportunities to drive online revenue, improve conversion rates and brand perception. The position is responsible for the development of UX designs, including research, success criteria definition, user goals and needs, wireframes, prototypes, and testing and defining functional specifications. The role will create and execute on-going A/B and MVT tests to optimize website flows, lead funnels, and landing pages to drive conversion.
