Job Description
Document User Flow: Create detailed user flow, user journey, and experience journey maps using Miro.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless user experiences are accurately mapped.
Identify Personas: Develop experience flow maps centered around real users by identifying and incorporating personas.
Analyze Journeys: Evaluate user journeys to pinpoint pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement that impact both the business and customers.
Expectations:
Detailed Documentation: Produce comprehensive maps that include business logic, system logic, and visual elements (UI screenshots) to ensure transparency.
Clear Communication: Effectively communicate Miro maps to business stakeholders and internal teams, including Product Development Managers (PDMs) and Project Managers (PMs).
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Miro: Strong ability to use Miro for creating detailed user flow and journey maps.
UX Design Expertise: Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user journeys and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and analysis.
Experience Level:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX design, user journey mapping, or a related field.
