Key Job Responsibilities-Define the design (experience) strategy leading and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders and business partners, utilizing the Discovery Canvas Approach, to unpack and highlight the problem statement that seeks to identify the Opportunity, Response, Impact, Outcome-Auditing the landscape competitively and comparatively for inspiration, design trends, as well as insights that can be referenced throughout the design process-Lead the holistic, end-to-end, Human Centered Design efforts for the team, ensuring the successful delivery of a best-in-class, customer centric outcome-Create the required artifacts as they relate to all aspects of experience design and experience architecture for both native and mobile web environments.
