UX Designer – NV2 / TSPV Cleared

We are supporting a large-scale government transformation program and are seeking experienced User Experience Designers to uplift existing digital systems and contribute to the design of new, user-centered solutions.

This role plays a key part in shaping how users interact with complex systems, applying research-driven UX practices and working closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions balance user needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to user research, discovery, and usability testing
• Analyse research findings and translate insights into evidence-based UX recommendations
• Design and develop UX artefacts including personas, user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
