User Experience Engineer / Service Engineer

Qualifications

Degree in computer science or information technology or engineering related (preferable but not essential)

Experience is not compulsory.

Added advantage if 1-2 years relevant experience in IT technical support or related roles, particularly in the following areas:

• Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications.
• IT Hardware (servers & workstations) deployment & configuration.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft products technical support.

Willing to travel.
