🚀 UX Research Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on UX Research Manager to lead and grow a UX research practice for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. This role combines people leadership with deep individual contribution, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to shape product strategy through continuous, high-impact research.


What we’re looking for:

  • 6–9+ years of UX research experience, with 2+ years in a lead/manager role
  • Strong mixed-methods research experience in SaaS or complex digital products
  • Comfort balancing leadership with hands-on execution
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced product environments
  • Prior SaaS experience preferred
