User Experience Researcher

Pre-requisites for the role:

● 4 to 9 years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience

● Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods

● Experience writing reports and internal communications

● Excellent communication and analytical skills

● Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team

● Experience with agile process and delivery models

● A rigorous approach to documentation and organization

● Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout,

Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze Bonus Points

● SaaS experience

● A versatile thinker comfortable working with ambiguity
