Job Description

Overlap with West Coast and East Coast hours strongly preferred

• Translate product requirements into elegant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences for our consumer-facing web and native applications.
• Proactively generate and ideate net new solutions that drive Reddit growth
• Proactively collaborate with product managers, engineering peers, and other UX designers to land novel and innovative solutions for Reddit's core surfaces
• Communicate and coordinate well with remote team members across several time zones.
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers with effective exploration, communication, and presentation to realize deliverables.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary due to frequent opportunities to present to the c-suite and senior leadership
