Job Description
Role : UIUX+Visual Design Designer
Exp Range : 6 to 9 years
Location : Mumbai
Required Key Skills:
- Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design tools such as
- Adobe Creative Suite's XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, or similar (Internship or academic project experience is a plus).
- Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience of meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skill
Responsibilities / Expected Deliverables:
• Collaborate with teams to understand needs and create visual designs.
• Submit design concepts for team brainstorming and timely approval.
• Produce unique designs with colors, shapes, and typography that meets expectations.
• Support senior and junior designers in improving product visuals.
• Support in maintaining design consistency across projects and platforms.
• Convert approved concepts into high-quality visual designs using colours, typography, and layouts.
• Encourage mentees to achieve progress as needed.
• Research market trends, client feedback, and team ideas to inform designs.
• Join product strategy discussions with stakeholders.
