Position: GUI - Manager / Senior Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Manager / Senior Manager – Frontend Platform (Full-Stack Engineering & Architecture) to lead the design, development, and architectural strategy for our large-scale, high-performance web-based GUI systems. This role will drive critical platform initiatives, solve complex architectural challenges, and provide strategic technical leadership within our low code / no code platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering management experience, full-stack expertise, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in building enterprise-grade solutions.

Roles & Responsibility:

Technology & Architecture Leadership

• Lead and own architectural strategy and design direction for large-scale GUI and full-stack systems across multiple product lines.
• Define platform vision, roadmap, and guidelines for scalable, secure, maintainable architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business and product needs.
• Drive end-to-end platform architecture for responsive, high-performance user interfaces backed by robust backend systems.
• Establish governance to manage and reduce technical debt, ensuring long-term platform sustainability.

Engineering Management & Delivery

• Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Guide teams in modern engineering practices, performance optimization, and architectural patterns.
• Lead POC initiatives, new technology evaluations, and architecture transformation programs.
• Own delivery quality through code reviews, design reviews, and technical risk identification.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD adoption and automation frameworks for faster and reliable releases.

Troubleshooting & Production Stability

• Oversee complex production issue resolution and lead cross-stack debugging initiatives.
• Drive performance improvements, capacity planning, and optimization strategies.
• Implement RCA methodologies and preventive actions for platform reliability.
• Manage high-priority architectural escalations with structured problem-solving processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Leadership

• Partner with Product Management, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to align architectural decisions with business goals.
• Communicate architectural direction, trade-offs, and decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Influence technology roadmap, product strategy, and long-term business planning.

Desired Profile: -

Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years in technical leadership/architectural roles with proven team management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering large-scale web-based platforms using modern frameworks.
• Experience resolving complex technical issues in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with low code / no code platforms preferred.

Technical Expertise

Frontend & Platform Architecture

• Expert knowledge: HTML, JS, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, React/Angular/Vue
• Micro-frontend architectures, module federation, design systems, and UX best practices
• Performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, lazy loading

Backend / Data / Integration

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, API design, microservices
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (SOLID, MVC, MVVM)

Engineering Practices

• CI/CD, test automation integration, Agile/DevOps environments
• Version control and scalable collaboration practices
• Production debugging, performance profiling, RCA methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Core Java, SSR/SSG, monorepo, GraphQL, state management (Redux/MobX)
• Platform extensibility frameworks and multi-tenant security architecture
• Experience addressing architectural debt and modernization
• Telecommunications or analytics domain exposure is a plus

Work Experience: 10+ years of software development experience and 6+ years focused on GUI and full-stack Development.

Educational Qualification: BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M. Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science or any related qualification.
