About the role

Join Dell’s Experience Design Group to lead end-to-end user experience for fixed computing solutions. You will apply a user-centered, iterative process, collect and analyze behavioral data, translate insights into design direction, and deliver the artifacts that move hardware and software experiences from concept to launch. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams and act as a strong UX ambassador at the Taiwan Design Center.

What you will do

  • Own the HW user experience across the product lifecycle, from out-of-box setup to ongoing use and updates.
  • Plan and execute research that informs product decisions, including surveys, interviews, ethnographic methods, usability studies, concept testing, and quantitative analysis.
  • Translate behavioral data into actionable insights, design recommendations, and behavioral specifications. Analyze human factors, biomechanics, and cognitive load to design...
