User Operation

Job Description:

• Conduct user and competitor research in Brazil as required.
• Regularly organize official room activities and operational dynamic topics to improve user activity.
• Complete all translation work required by various teams.
• Follow up on user feedback.
• Assist in other operational tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in university or graduated.
• Relevant experience in the internet industry (user operations for short video apps/social apps/other apps, or computer-related experience).
• Minimum 4 days per week.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
