Your mission
We are looking for a User Success Specialist to join the User Success team, focused on end-user adoption, support excellence and continuous improvement of usage metrics.
This role is key to ensuring that users understand, adopt and effectively use the platform, acting as a bridge between users, support processes and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
Ensure high adoption and usage of the tool among end users across different roles and profiles.
Manage user support requests and incidents through ticketing systems, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
Monitor usage, adoption and engagement metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
