WORK IS 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time....
This work will include making outbound calls to internal employees in support of authenticating related tasks and connections to the our client's network. Incumbent will work from a ticket list either project centric, proactive or reactive in nature. Using diligence and adherence to policy and general security protocol, you'll support users with any ongoing functionality or application access/removal etc. Should be able to closely follow a script, walk through processes, learn new ways, help and support others and drive / push for keeping said tickets moving and closing.
Candidates should be strong with Windows, SW, Active Directory, Password resets, working a phone Queue, while displaying a positive customer centric personality. Further, the ideal candidate doesn't get flustered easily and has a drive to support others and keep working with limited supervision while also staying connected with the team and communicating re...
