**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Guide and support users through the enrolment process for all end-devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, iPads).
- Assist users seeking technical support at the IT Kiosk and provide troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions.
- Train users in best practices to optimize device use and self-enrolment.
- Manage end-user hardware delivery, lifecycle, and replacement, including imaging and re-imaging of workstations (tablets, desktops, laptops, iPhones).
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate next-level support team.
- Collaborate with other business areas to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests efficiently.
