Overview

UService in AVP Planning & Performance is currently seeking a Full-time Regular UService Operations Team Lead. The Team Lead - Operations is a dynamic leadership role within UService, the university's integrated Services Contact Centre. Reporting to the Associate Director, UService, this position provides strategic and operational oversight for a team of Generalists who deliver multi-channel frontline service across People and Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, Research Services, and Supply Chain Management. This role requires a collaborative, service-oriented leader who thrives in complex, people-focused environments. The role will require balancing staff development with process optimization, working cross-functionally to advance a unified service experience. The position is subject to periods of high demand and requires a calm, confident presence to ensure service continuity and team resilience.
