Utilities Technician

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and technically capable Utilities Technician to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of site utilities systems. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of wastewater, steam and hot water boilers, air compressors, chilled water plants, and cooling towers. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and maintaining site compliance across safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractors and trades comply with site policies and procedures
  • Participate in incident reviews and injury management
