Utility Analyst

Join Global Payments as a Utility Analyst to optimize utility expense management and support accounting reconciliation in a dynamic team environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform daily download of UEM Partner data, audit data, and make necessary corrections
• Monitor clients’ utility accounts to ensure all invoices are processed and identify service gaps
• Review new clients and properties to ensure utility accounts are redirected to the processing center and resolve service issues
• Generate monthly reports on late fees and other client expense reports as needed
• Conduct additional audits to ensure the health of UEM accounts
• Perform data entry for all received refund checks
• Assist other departments with locating utility bills and related duties
• Manage client configuration in the Utility Expense Management Tables and update as needed
