JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Facilities & Utilities Manager, the Lead Engineering Technician is responsible for:
Providing leadership and management to the Engineering Technician team for all maintenance activities related to Utilities & Facilities at TILGC.Being available for on-call / call-out duties according to a predefined rota, if required.How You Will Contribute :
Work flexibly within the Engineering Department and in cooperation with other departments.Promote teamwork within the Facilities & Utilities team and across TILGC.Perform HR-related responsibilities, including: Regular 1:1 meetings with team members.Execution of the site performance management program via Workday.Time and leave management via TMS.Ensure full compliance of team members with EHS procedures and practices.Maintenance & Operations
