Responsibilities
+ Respond to emergencies by investigating gas or water leaks, addressing fire department calls, including carbon monoxide alarms, and managing urgent situations to shut off or turn on gas/water.
+ Assist in repairing pipelines and perform routine maintenance on both gas and water meters. Troubleshoot and fix automated meter reading equipment (AMR).
+ Conduct manual meter readings as necessary, audit readings to ensure accurate billing, and verify address and customer information.
