The Utility Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by supporting operators and maintaining order in the workspace.

**Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate setup activities as requested by operators.
+ Assist operators in pulling heaters after stoppages.
+ Return pieces back on the line at line loaders.
+ Empty trash containers in designated areas.
+ Assist crane operators in hooking up and clearing pit jams.
+ Guide completed first ends from take-away conveyor to the rack.
+ Organize and stack wood safely in the steel buildings.
+ Maintain all bins and floors free of loose wood and debris.
+ Operate the pallet conveyor to position full skids without halting production.
+ Monitor for heat changes ...
