Natoe AI is "The World’s First Full-Body Radiology AI Co-Pilot." We are not just a software vendor;
we are a next-generation teleradiology network. We combine human expertise with FDA-approved AI models to solve the global radiologist shortage. Our "Scan-to-Report" technology pre-populates findings, allowing doctors to focus on critical interpretation rather than clerical work.

Founded by Rakesh Deshmukh (ex-CEO Indus OS, acquired by PhonePe/Walmart), Pragya Goyal, and Herukh Shahani, we are a second-time founder team building a high-impact, high-growth company in the US healthcare market.

We are looking for a Product Designer who creates systems, not just screens. Radiologists make split-second, life-saving decisions based on the data we present. A cluttered interface causes fatigue;
a clean, intuitive one saves lives. You will design the "Cockpit" where this human-AI collaboration happens.

• Design the "AI Co-Pilot" Workflow: Define how our AI presents findings (fractures, tumors, anomalies) to the doctor. It must be visible enough to assist, but subtle enough not to distract.
• Complex Data Simplification: Translate heavy healthcare standards (DICOM imaging, HL7 data) into a lightning-fast, scannable "Scan-to-Report" interface.
• Reduce "Click-Fatigue": Radiology is a high-volume game. You will obsess over reducing the number of clicks and eye movements required to finalize a report.
• End-to-End Ownership: From wireframing the "Radiologist Worklist" to high-fidelity prototypes for our "Reporting Editor," you will own the product design lifecycle.

• Portfolio is Mandatory: We need to see problem-solving. Show us how you took a complex, messy process and made it simple and elegant. (Dribbble visuals are nice;
  case studies are better).
• Healthcare/Data-Heavy Experience (Preferred): If you have designed for EMRs, PACS, Fintech dashboards, or Logistics, you understand the complexity we deal with.
• Systems Thinking: You understand how a design choice on one screen impacts the workflow three steps later.
• Tool Mastery: Deep proficiency in Figma is required.

• Proven Leadership: Work with a founding team that has previously built products for 200M+ users and executed a successful exit to Walmart/PhonePe.
