Business Growth & User Experience Strategy

• Define the user experience vision and develop a roadmap that aligns user needs with business objectives across RBE (Burger King Spain, Burger King Portugal, Popeyes Spain and Popeyes Italy).
• Define the strategy for positioning elements, categories, assortment and upsell options across app, web and kiosks.

Experimentation & Conversion Optimization

• Design and lead UX/UI improvement initiatives with a strong focus on direct business impact across app, web and kiosks.
