The Position: UX Design Intern

UX Design Interns at Sparklin are detail detectives, interface explorers, flow-obsessed thinkers, and pixel optimists. You’ll join a team reimagining how products look, feel, and function across websites, apps, dashboards, and experiences that matter.

P.S. Internship requires on-site availability in Noida.

This isn’t just about making things look good; it’s about making them feel right. You’ll dive into wireframes, prototypes, feedback loops, and user journeys to help design experiences people actually want to use (and love coming back to).

The Contribution

UX Design Interns are expected (post-learning phase) to:

• Collaborate on user flows, wireframes, and journey mapping
• Turn briefs into intuitive, usable, and delightful product experiences
• Work closely with strategists, developers, and visual designers
• Explore and share multiple UX approaches to solve design challenges
• Contribute to usability testing and translate learnings into improvements
• Help document user personas, edge cases, and experience gaps
• Stay curious about design tools, UX trends, and evolving platform patterns
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, one decision at a time

• Someone who asks why before jumping to how
• Interested in product thinking, behavior patterns, and user empathy
• Exploring tools like Figma, FigJam, or anything that helps ideas come alive
