We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for our digital products. Youll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

Your Profile (Skills & qualifications)

  • Degree in user interface/interaction design, visual design, communication design, product design or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in designing enterprise digital products

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative and effective UI design solutions

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design, prototyping, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro

  • Excellent understanding of basic design principles, UI design, user research and human-computer interaction principles

  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can also work independently in a structured and self-organized manner

  • Open-minded, creative, and empathetic, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Basic knowledge of web technologies and current trends in modern software development

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Create detailed UI concepts and interactive prototypes using Figma

  • Actively contribute to building and maintenance of the SEEBURGER design system


  • Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)


  • Conduct UI audits across products to identify inconsistencies and improvement areas


  • Prepare design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams


  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation


  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on UI improvements


  • Work closely with UX designers, software developers, product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and among others (mainly based in India, Germany, and Bulgaria)
