Our Sr. UX Design Strategists are responsible for leading engagements that deliver design solutions responsive to Business objectives/customer requirements, solving complex user experience challenges to improve overall service delivery and operational efficiency. The Sr. Designer is simultaneously a strong consultant and functional SME, serving as the voice of the customer/user to ensure users’ needs along the full product value chain are considered and accurately translated into designs that support longer-term business success.
