Our client, a leader in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join the Product Research and Design team. This is a full-time contract role (6+ months, 40 hours/week) requiring 4 days onsite in Sandy Springs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Quickly familiarize yourself with competitive analysis of self-service ordering kiosks in the US QSR market and current kiosk capabilities within a family of restaurant brands.
+ Map the in-store guest ordering experience, and understand differences between off-prem mobile ordering and on-prem kiosk ordering in the customer journey.
+ Evaluate usability and design quality of current kiosk ordering experiences; collaborate with product management and other designers to recommend enhancements, features, and changes.
