Role Overview
We are seeking a User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our team. This role focuses on envisioning and delivering cohesive user experiences across multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure adherence to UX standards while driving timely and high-quality delivery of design artifacts.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement user experiences for platforms and enterprise applications during platform implementation projects.
• Envision and define UX strategies for multiple applications with complex business requirements.
• Use Figma extensively to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Connect deliverables across different project tracks to ensure a cohesive and unified user experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from a UX perspective, ensuring adherence to standards and timely delivery of artifacts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align UX outcomes with business goals.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in user experience design for platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Experience in connecting design deliverables across different project tracks to create a unified experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop, and other prototyping tools (a plus).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in enterprise-scale UX design projects.
• Exposure to platform implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
