UX Designer

<p class="wordsection1"><b>Job Title/Function: UX Designer </b></p> <p class="x"><b> </b></p> <p class="x" style="margin-bottom:16px"><b>Location: 100% Remote (MT time zone schedule) 9am MT standups</b></p> <p class="x" style="margin-bottom:16px"><b>Duration: 6-11 mo. Contract</b></p> <p class="x"><b>Main responsibilities</b>:</p> <ul> <li class="wordsection1"><b>Day in the Life: </b>Supporting 1 of 2 Product Owners who have roadmaps that need design work to be done. 1 Project is an internal data dashboard project. Other has a CMS waiting to be built and work is more B2C data/dashboard support.</li> <li class="wordsection1"><b>Supporting any current/upcoming projects: </b>As an MLM company, there is work supporting the individual sellers with info about their own business while also supporting platform where their customers are buying product.</li> <li class="wordsection1"><b>Training/ramp up:</b> Will get them setup with access to Figma files, design system library followed by some project kickoff meetings and add to Slack. Will talk about deliverables and set expectations.</li> <li class="wordsection1"><b>Notes: </b></li> </ul> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>MUST HAVE </b></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li class="wordsection1">5+ years professional experience; preferably 8+ years of UX design</li> <li class="wordsection1">Experience working with a design system, particularly Figma</li> <li class="wordsection1">Reusable components built for a CMS; ability to spec out for developers</li> <li class="wordsection1" style="margin-bottom:16px">Autonomy ability to meet very clear goals that are set for them </li> </ul> </li> <li class="wordsection1"><b>Soft skills: </b> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li class="wordsection1">Mature team of UI/UX designers who have a direct communication style and are sassy. They all have a design school background so they are ok with their work being put up in front of everyone and 'torn to shreds'.
