UX Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior UX Developer
to own the evolution of a Design System and translate it into production-ready, reusable UI controls that scale across teams. This role sits at the core of a modern Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform used daily by caregivers, clinicians, and care staff.

The focus of this role is to reduce friction in complex clinical workflows by delivering intuitive, consistent, and reliable user experiences. You will combine design systems thinking, front-end engineering, and AI-assisted development practices to ensure that powerful healthcare functionality is delivered through clear, usable, and maintainable interfaces. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct impact on product quality, developer efficiency, and patient care outcomes.
