Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Manager to lead our design efforts for web and mobile enterprise applications. In this role, you will manage a growing team of UX designers while remaining a hands-on contributor. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to define design strategies that deliver intuitive, impactful solutions for field workers and enterprise users. This position requires a balance of leadership, strategic thinking, and deep design expertise—all while embracing Itron’s values of being customer-centric, authentic, accountable, agile, collaborative, and innovative.
