UX Operations Analyst I

Key responsibilities



+ Grow, maintain, and optimize the research participant panel, including recruitment support and incentive budget management.



+ Develop and manage survey templates, screeners, and scheduling procedures.



+ Maintain and enhance the research report repository, coordinating with other teams to centralize insights.



+ Create and uphold guidelines for consent, privacy, and data storage, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.



+ Manage secure handling and disposal of personally identifiable information (PII) and research artifacts.



+ Evaluate and manage research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tetra Insights), ensuring all platforms are compliant with privacy standards.
