**UX Research Manager Primary Skills**:
UX Research Management, Qualitative Research, Product Design, Research Operations Duration: 12+ months (possibility of extension)
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build strong relationships with leads and key stakeholders to develop long-term research strategies that identify and address knowledge gaps and guide the direction for our products.
- Contribute to a growing and supportive team culture, embracing a growth mindset, coaching and developing a team of outstanding UX researchers.
- Lead the team in understanding user needs, behaviours, and goals through qualitative and quantitative research, maintaining a high bar for research excellence. Focus on user interaction behaviour to drive insights and emerging trends.
