🚀 UX Research Manager
We’re hiring a hands-on UX Research Manager to lead and grow a UX research practice for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. This role combines people leadership with deep individual contribution, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to shape product strategy through continuous, high-impact research.
What we’re looking for:
- 6–9+ years of UX research experience, with 2+ years in a lead/manager role
- Strong mixed-methods research experience in SaaS or complex digital products
- Comfort balancing leadership with hands-on execution
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced product environments
- Prior SaaS experience preferred
