Responsibilities

:
  • Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze competitive platforms and market trends.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization.
  • Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles.
  • Strong qualitative and competitive analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms preferred
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
