Responsibilities
:
Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Analyze competitive platforms and market trends.Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization.Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles.Strong qualitative and competitive analysis skills.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms preferredA track record of commitment to prior employers.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
