**Job overview and responsibilities**
We are looking for a UX Researcher who can drive user-centered insights while also maintaining a competitive insights dashboard that tracks market trends, product innovations, and industry shifts. This role will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing competitor activities, and providing actionable insights to improve our products and strategic direction.
+ User Research & UX Insights
+ Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic studies.
+ Synthesize findings to provide actionable insights that enhance user experience and inform product development.
+ Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product roadmap.
+ Develop and maintain research repositories, personas, and journey maps.
+ Competitive Insights & Market Research
+ Develop and manage a competitive insights dashboard that tracks:
+ New features launched by competitors.
+ Design changes and UX/UI updates in the industry.
+ Social sentiment analysis to understand user feedback on competing products.
+ Job openings in related fields to identify hiring trends and skill demands.
+ Conduct benchmarking studies and heuristic evaluations to compare industry best practices.
+ Utilize data analytics, user behavior tracking, and industry reports to inform decision-making.
+ Present findings in clear reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's/master’s degree in human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
+ Experience in UX research, competitive analysis, or market research.
+ Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and human behavior.
+ Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of user and market data into meaningful insights.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience working in an agile product development environment.
