Description

Executes human-centered research and usability programs across key products and journeys. Works cross-functionally to identify user pain points and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Acts as the tactical engine for Human Factors, embedding usability and accessibility into team workflows.

Leads execution of research and usability efforts for high-priority journeys, features, and services. Synthesizes user behavior insights into journey maps, personas, and blueprints. Must be in-house to provide iterative insights, cross-team alignment, and context-aware support embedded within sprint cycles. ​
 

  • Conduct in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing

  • Create journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and behavior-based insights
