Job Description
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research/analysis.
- Qualitative research: user research, user testing, and focus group to uncover UX issues and understand user behaviour.
- Quantitative research: market survey, digital analytic & business analysis to reveal quantitative insights.
- Provide evidence-backed solutions for clients to improve business performance.
- Co-design and formulate commercially effective design strategy to clients.
- Facilitate training and workshop for clients or users.
- Setup and manage end-to-end remote usability testing project.
- Assist in project management.
- Coordinate internal tester community activity and external testers for interview or testing session.
- Vetting new user who sign up to be a user tester.
- Support in business administrative operations.
- Report directly to respective supervisor.
