As a Senior UX Designer at North you'll take ownership of defining and shaping meaningful user experiences working closely with clients product managers and development teams to design digital products that are both usable and impactful for the business.

You operate at a strategic level connect user needs with business goals and bring clarity to complex problem spaces through research structure and strong design rationale. You lead by example raise the bar for quality and help teams make better decisions through design.
