Overview The UX/UI Developer will design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for IAM solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role bridges design and development, focusing on usability, accessibility, and security within identity management workflows. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to create user-centric designs for IAM applications. Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components. Optimize user journeys for complex IAM processes such as authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in UI design. Stay updated on UX/UI trends and IAM industry best practices. Skills & Experience Proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design. Desirable: Experience in secure design principles. Familiarity with API integration and backend collaboration. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals Experience working with the Ping Identity or ForgeRock stack Key Competencies Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and security. Overview A Vendor Partner Manager at ProofID is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key technology partners like Ping Identity and SailPoint, ensuring that ProofID maximizes its position within these ecosystems. This role will focus on driving strategic alignment, securing partner resources, and supporting joint go-to-market initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partner Relationship Management Act as the primary relationship owner for ProofID’s key vendor partnerships, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with partner organizations. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner programs, incentives, and strategic priorities to maximize ProofID’s engagement. Advocate for ProofID within partner organizations, ensuring visibility and participation in key initiatives. Partner Program & Status Management Manage ProofID’s participation in vendor partner programs, ensuring compliance with requirements to maintain and enhance partner status (e.g., SailPoint MSP, Ping Identity Elite Partner). Manage compliance with achievement at the highest levels of the vendor programs Technical Delivery Achievement Sales Achievement Daily Administration of Vendor Programs Vendor Pipeline Management Facilitation of Sales Data and partner benefits between ProofID Sales, Marketing and Vendor Channel Management Facilitate interactions with vendors (calls, presentations, meetings, social gatherings) Identify and pursue opportunities for ProofID to gain additional certifications, specializations, or recognitions within partner ecosystems. Facilitate interaction with vendor product teams to participate in all existing and new product initiatives Participate with ProofID leadership in creating Performance tracking and reporting Vendor Programs ProofID Goals Vendor QBR’s Collaborate with ProofID Marketing on alignment with vendor demand generation programs Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with vendor partners. Identify and secure Market Development Funds (MDF) to support co-marketing efforts. Support joint sales initiatives, ensuring ProofID has access to partner sales teams, enablement resources, and co-selling opportunities. Market into Vendor(s): Participate with ProofID leadership in creating key ProofID vendor initiatives and messaging Alignment with vendor(s) own initiatives Tracking of key KPI’s associated with the specific messages and initiatives Collaborate with ProofID marketing to create collateral to support the messaging Create specific ongoing programs to support the dissemination of the messaging (i.e.. Vendor Newsletters, NPS) Field Marketing Collaborate with ProofID marketing to target field events jointly with the vendor Regional trade shows Regional thought leadership Track and Report on the influence and impact of Market into Vendor programs Pipeline Development & Sales Enablement Collaborate with ProofID’s sales team to ensure they are effectively leveraging vendor relationships for pipeline growth. Facilitate introductions, account mapping, and joint sales opportunities between ProofID and partner sales teams. Track and report on revenue influenced by vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with ProofID’s sales goals. Performance Tracking & Reporting Measure the effectiveness of partner initiatives, tracking key metrics such as pipeline influence, deal registration, and MDF utilization. Provide regular updates to ProofID’s leadership on partnership performance and opportunities for growth. Work with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of partner-related revenue and incentives. Key Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of identity security and vendor ecosystems, particularly Ping Identity and SailPoint. 3-5 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within a B2B technology environment.
