UX & UI Manager & Site Lead

Motorola Mobility is looking for a UX & UI Site Lead to establish and grow our design presence in Bangalore as part of our global User Experience Design organization.

The User Experience Design (UXD) group is responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital experiences across Motorola’s smartphone and connected-device ecosystem. From defining the interaction and visual language of core system experiences to leading UX and UI design for flagship products like the Moto Razr, our team plays a critical role in what makes Motorola products intuitive, expressive, and human.

We operate as a globally distributed team, working closely across regions to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences at scale.

This UX & UI Site Lead role is based in our Bangalore office and is a key leadership position within our global design organization, which spans Chicago, Brazil, and China. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI designers, while serving as a strategic partner to global stakeholders and ensuring alignment with Motorola’s design vision, quality bar, and long-term product strategy.
