Overview

BAE Systems in Preston is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide back-office support to the recruitment function. This role is data- and reporting-focused rather than candidate-facing recruitment, making it ideal for someone with strong admin skills and an eye for detail. Some recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting recruitment teams with back-office and administrative tasks
  • Producing and maintaining recruitment reports and figures
  • Working with data sets to track recruitment activity and performance
  • Using Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
  • Providing a high level of internal customer service to stakeholders
