We’re looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reaching out to child care centers, Montessori schools, private schools, elementary schools, enlisting them to have a conversation with the team. (vetted lists provided)
Acquire follow-up with inbound leads and from various channels (e.g. social media, client referrals, events, online, etc.)
Screen & vet leads for fit competencies and technical skills
Develop and maintain Hubspot CRM and make sure that details are accurate
Support leadership team by helping to schedule client events.
Schedule: US work hours ( from 20 to 40+ hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
Qualifications:
At least 2-year of proven experience as an appointment setter or Lead Generation with international clients
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Impeccable interpersonal skills
Able to work on Eastern Standard Time
Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
familiarity with the logistics
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
Tech Savvy
Proactive attitude
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
