As the Head Valet at Pullman Dubai JLT, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will lead a high-energy team to deliver seamless, upscale arrivals and departures. Your role combines operational precision, team leadership, and a Heartist approach to service, ensuring that every vehicle and every guest interaction reflects the premium standards of the Pullman brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and mentor the valet team, ensuring all staff adhere to grooming standards and service protocols.
Coordinate shift rotas and manage peak-hour deployment to minimize guest wait times.
Conduct daily briefings to communicate VIP arrivals, hotel events, and occupancy levels.
2. Operational Excellence
Oversee the efficient flow of traffic at the hotel main entrance, preventing congestion in the JLT cluster.
