Required Skills for Validation Engineer: -

  • Software testing of Locomotive sub-systems using Hardware in Testing Loop(HITL).
  • Working experience on Simulators using LAB VIEW Models & Virtual Simulators(Emulators).
  • Validation Data Analysis, Defect Identification, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Good Experience on Creating of Testcase design and Test Methodologies.
  • Working experience on tools like IBM Doors, ClearQuest.
  • Creative thinking about testing improvements to positively impact usability, function, and performance.
  • Experience in multiple levels of SDLC.
  • Good Understanding and knowledge on Locomotive Control system.
  • Knowledge on Automation will be added advantage.
