Title: Validation Engineer

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement test frameworks for robotic systems. This will involve control of the real hardware.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and create evaluation reports.
Leads test processes and delivers results to necessary stakeholders with proper documentation.
Develops expected results for retesting on a variety of products.
Considers latest technologies and new approaches to tests, tools, and testing protocols, test Infrastructure Development
Reviews, changes or upgrades to existing tests, tools, and testing protocols. Software & Firmware Testing (python,ROS,firmware).
Provide technical support for product development teams as needed. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Travel to customer sites and collaborate with engineering and integration team members to troubleshoot and document existing systems.
User based, fault injection and Safety testing.
Experience with motion control equipment, material handling systems, or robotics
Understanding of ROS with basic programming experience (C, C++ or python)
Experience in using CI/CD systems and version control eg. Git
Good knowledge of documentation and certification standards
Proficiency in JIRA or any equivalent tool, experience in Working in a dynamic Scrum based environment.
