Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for two Validation Surveyors on a 3-month temporary contract (with an opportunity for extension) based in Yorkshire.

The position is due to start immediately with a requirement of 5 days a week commitment.

Candidates will be paid £22 per survey, with each candidate being expected to complete between 60 – 70 surveys per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Performing validation surveys on social housing units and confirming information that has already been collected from a previous surveyor
  • Utilising a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and reporting any health and safety hazards found on the premises
  • Undertaking surveys on an electronic handheld device in a timely manner following prior training
  • Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
