At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

· Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...).
· Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
· Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
· Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements:

Interest in Valuations
Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus
Adept in Microsoft Excel
Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%

Required competencies:

· Analytical skills
· Orientation to goals and results
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Proactive attitude
· Interpersonal skills
· High resistance to work under pressure

Academic background and languages:

· Degree in technical (architecture, engineering)
