Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience: 2 Years to 5 years in property valuation or real estate analysis.

Job Description:

• Conduct Property Valuations: Perform thorough valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties using various methodologies.


• Market Research: Analyze market trends, property values, and economic indicators to inform valuation processes.


• Report Preparation: Prepare clear and detailed valuation reports that articulate the findings, methodologies used, and conclusions drawn.


• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific valuation needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all valuations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the industry.


• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of valuation processes and findings, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations affecting property valuation.


• English Communication Level: strong written and verbal skills required.
