Overview

A career in Deals Valuations will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations unlock greater value from existing businesses and assets as well as new acquisitions, investments, and complex corporate arrangements. Our focus is on valuations to support financial reporting, M&A, tax and corporate reorganizations, as well as valuation advice including deal pricing and value consulting to support management decisions related to transactions and corporate planning. As a member of our team, you will help clients make strategic decisions on value, conduct business transactions and decisions, and satisfy regulatory requirements by applying your professional skills and industry knowledge.
